Q1: Is my Timeshare part of my estate?
A: Your Resort provides for you to pass your ownership and/or membership on to the beneficiaries of your estate so they can continue to enjoy holidays for years to come. When it is passed on, your beneficiaries become responsible for the term. Many owners at Classic Managed Resorts are now upgrading to Aspire to provide their loved ones with a flexible alternative to the weekly timeshare entitlement.
Q2: Why can't I simply swap my existing timeshare for Aspire?
A: As with a house or a car, when you decide to upgrade there is a separate cost for the new product. Classic Holidays’ new Aspire program is a completely new membership and gives you the option to sign up for a shorter term if you do not wish to leave a long- term liability in your estate.
Q3: What happens to my old timeshare if I trade it to Aspire?
A: When you switch to Aspire, you are no longer responsible for the annual maintenance on your timeshare resorts or any other associated costs such as special levies. This cost is now the responsibility of Classic Clubs Limited.
Q4: I have just joined as an Aspire member and wish to go on a cruise. Do I have to pay for the cruise in addition to my annual fees?
A: When you owned your weeks, you used to pay your maintenance fees for the annual entitlement to stay at the resort and exchange – but you still paid additional money whenever you went on a weekend break, a cruise etc. Aspire membership enables you to put your annual fees towards all travel and holiday expenditure, including the cruise you are planning next year. It provides you with the opportunity to holiday not only in timeshare accommodation but also in traditional hotels across the globe, plus camping, cruising or even B&Bs.
Q5: Will Aspire suit my family and what are the costs?
